It looks like your filesystem is corrupted. I don't know what program you were using but it must have been writing to the superblock when your computer turned off. You could try running fsck with a recovery disc but while you might be able to recover your files that way, I think it would be best to reinstall the OS.

Hi, I'm Running GalliumOS 3.1 Apollo Lake Hp Chromebook 14 G5 Installed With The RW_LEGACY script, But It Says GalliumOS 4.16.18 In The GNU Boot Menu Anyway I Was Running IDM With Wine And My Computer Shut Down So I Tried To Power It On And All I Got Was A Black Screen Saying "Terminal Ash" And I Tried To Boot It Again But I Didn't Work Please Help Me Get This Fixed, I Don't Want To Delete Gallium And Then Install Again.
