you can try with UEFI (Full Rom), instead of RW_Legacy, which I believe will fix this. I believe the steps are:
You cannot remove the developer mode screen or the requirement to press Ctrl+L to get into Linux without flashing custom firmware or changing GBB flags, both of which require removing the hardware write protection. The comment above describes the custom firmware method, flashing GBB flags can also be accomplished with MrChromebox's firmware script (https://mrchromebox.tech/#fwscript). The method for disabling the write protect varies from model to model. For older models that have a physical screw or jumper, you can find instructions for disassembling the device and removing the screw by doing an internet search for your model. If you have a more recent model with a CR50 chip, you'll need a special USB cable to disable it, information about that process is available here: https://wiki.mrchromebox.tech/Firmware_Write_Protect#Disabling_WP_on_CR50_Devices_via_CCD
You can set sudo crossystem dev_default_boot=legacy
to go directly to Linux, but if your grub requires you to press a button instead of just waiting for a timeout that is part of your grub config.
When you boot up your Chromebook, it starts on the developer mode and you have to go through bios, is there anyway to fix it where it boots up on GalliumOS?
