It looks like the coverage data is uploaded twice under the same name which could race with the upload to coveralls between py3 and py2 runs. Nice bug and nice this is caught now.
But we'd need to bump upload and download-artifact at the same time for this to work and to be able to test properly..
My intention was to upload the files from the other workflow into the same artifact, but I think it did replace it in-place instead. There a simple way to extract all matching artifacts, with pattern:
instead of name:
.
It is the easiest to bump the workflow versions manually and let dependabot close these PRs.
