RFE: drop use of `six` module and python 2.x #2443

Python 2.x has been EOLed more than 4.5 years ago. Oct this year will be EOLed python 3.8. IMO it is time to prepare on master which will drop python<=3.8.

This has been discussed a few times on various occasions. We'd like to drop Python 2 while doing a major version bump to pwntools 5. Work on typing stubs already began too. You're welcome to join our Discord, the steps to be done haven't been formalized yet.
