Thezerix, when you have selected your 2 positions, then charged the fill wand and then use the fill wand to select your material to use, the wand shows 0 / 1000 J stored. However the wand still works, which makes me think it's just a matter of updating the lore. After I filled a 20 block area, the wand showed about 991/1000 charge still on the wand. So it appears to be just cosmetic.
Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)
Select 2 blocks with the position selector
charge the fill wand
select the fill material with the fill wand
the wand will now show 0 / 1000
once used it shows the correct amount of J stored.

the wand to show the correct charge remaining after selecting the materials.
