First item renewal looks like regular checkout

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Scan library barcode
2.Scan your first item which is already checked out to the patron
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting a renewal prompt.  Instead it looks like a regular charge, however, 
the item was renewed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2 on Windows in Firefox on a Koha 3.6 ILS.

Please provide any additional information below.

I guess you can disregard my message on the last issue since this one seems to 
indicate that your ILS is allowing renewals. Have you looked at the 
responses.php file that came with the selfcheck? If not, do so and note the 
instructions under #2.

Yes, I have.  I am attaching a screen shot of the response and the 
configuration of the response I have set in config.php.
