Draft demo "script" #69

In discussion w/ @ewdavis and @m10f we sketched out this basic path for the demo:

Model Repair

using SEIRP double epidemic model
show data matching
show curve fitting

Complex model support

using a larger model (actual model TBD, but perhaps CHIME+?)
show naive, unoptimized simulation
show pruned, optimized simulation
visualize graphs for each version to show the pruning that was used

Model composition

use two models, one defined as a reaction network and another defined as a set of diffEqs
show how they can be composed and run

Assessment of model skill

@m10f is meeting w/ @ylee22 to determine best way to demonstrate this
