BUG - Admin Metrics UI will not show per-instance per-researcher counts upon click anymore. #497

Goto Admin UI Click Metrics Click on one of the instance types ("MICHIGAN | CHISEL_P1 | FREERTOS | DEFAULT" for example) Note that a modal popup is shown, but there is no researcher/instance count data in the table. (Data used to populate in this as recently as last week.)
