Do we actually need useCachedInstances as an option? #1053

Is there a reason we cannot do the same as IEX does here for CWEs mapping?

If there is a good reason, then the reason closes the ticket. If not, then the AC is removing the option and implementing the same hash check as IEX CWEs mapping.

It's done on the branch add-global-variant-to-bof as part of augmenting the BOF tests with global variables.
