Hacker kiosk should have a settings file, where you can set the probability that SSITH Scenario 1 (protected critical systems) vs SSITH Scenario 2 (protected infotainment) is selected, as a percentage from 0% (always Scenario 2) to 100% (always Scenario 1).

Can be either 0.0-1.0 range, or 0-100 range.

Hacker kiosk then randomly chooses the SSITH scenario, based on the given probability distribution.

Not relevant anymore - the scenario choice will be up to the hacker.
