Autostart ignition after boot (no user input needed)

I have added ignition.bat to the windows startup folder, which launches ignition with the correct network config at galois user login. I don't know if this satisfies the autostart requirements.

In addition, we could have windows auto-login without requiring a password. That would get it to a point where it would launch on powerup.

It does, but you still have to login to windows first. If that's acceptable then I think this is done. If not we need to enable auto-login.

I went through this process to enable auto-login. It's certainly not as easy to do as it used to be. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/user-profiles-and-logon/turn-on-automatic-logon
