[x] generate transitions state change diagram on demand (and save it to besspin/cyberPhys/specs/state_machine_ignition_implemented.png)
[x] update the reference state machine diagram to reflect current implementation
[x] add states/transitions for switching between various operations level
- Minimal (read inputs over UART from Teensy, maybe add simulated hacks)
- Medium (read inputs over UDP from the active network)
- Full (like Medium, plus enable the Infotainment proxy) or just run this all the time?

Added some notes so that one of use can draft a new state machine diagram

Note: Play music only in manual mode (be quiet/only car sounds in self-driving mode)
