Release the VM and/or build scripts #4

As a user, having the tutorials alone is just one piece of the puzzle. Installing the tools and getting the environment correct to match the tutorial can significantly reduce effort and reduce the barrier to entry. The question then is:

I'm not opposed to releasing the VM, but we'd have to make a new version (sans CAMET), and need to consider how long it will be useful in the current form (CentOS 7, etc).

Let's decouple the release of the tutorials from helping reduce effort to get the tools installed to use the tutorials.

I expect we can release the build scripts as an alternative, but if those were created using CASE / FEVER funds, then we'd have to DISTAR them too. Easiest is to include the build scripts in the AADL-tips repo, so it's mentioned and included when we DISTAR the tutorials.
