Adding url patterns is broken in Firefox #25

You can't currently add a url pattern for a rule set in the Firefox options page.

Reproduction

Load the extension in a recent firefox (I'm using 26)
open the options pane (clicking on the gear extension icon)
Click Add a rule set
Add a rule set url (pointing to the json file)
type in a url pattern.

Hitting does nothing, and the add url pattern button is unresponsive. I also don't see anything in the developer console that looks relevant.
