Summary

Add text to the tutorial comparing CN to rust.

Details

As discussed in Mattermost and then in this issue it'll be usefull to convert the examples in that issue into a Rust tutorial to be added to the main tutorial.

Acceptance Criteria

Create a PR with the extra tutorial.

Do

[ ] Merge Rust examples into a tutorial
[ ] Make a PR with modifications to the tutorial text.

@scuellar I believe this is done? Can you link to the PR with the Rust examples and move the issue to "Done"?
