It might be worth having READMEs in the example folders (i.e. in csaf_architecture/examples/f16). There are a lot of specifics there that are not general to CSAF. Like f-16.mat, flightgear (how does one install it), and so on. It would also be helpful to include a brief description about what all of the different "system" level configs are.
