Update github CI to run HTTP parser test suite #309

Creating this as a PR to see if that will result in a CI test run.

Hey @yav, I added a Github CI step to run the HTTP test suite, which worked. But can you take a look at the change? I don't know whether this included a bunch of extra boilerplate we don't need.

You might need to add a build line for daedalus, which should reuse the cache
