Updating worker-loader #213

This bumps the version of worker-loader to be the latest version.

This looks good, but I'm not sure what's up with the travis run.

I'm currently working on happo "as a service", where screenshots happen on a remote machine somewhere. Once that's done, we won't need to maintain the happo-viewer here.
