Allow the async timeout duration to be configured per-example #228

Instead of hard-coding it to 3 seconds

Just a quick FYI (although I think you know this already) - I'm not spending much time maintaining this project anymore (have moved on to happo.io). But I'm of course happy to merge this and release. :)
