Unified QR codes - bip21 bitcoin: URI supported when scanning but not when opened from another app #744

When scanning a bitcoin: URI galoy (bitcoin jungle) supports parsing the QR code, but when opening the URI from a button, galoy does not register 'bitcoin:' the way it does for 'lightning:' therefore when opening payment links from another app on the same device bitcoin jungle or other galoy powered apps do not supporting make payments for bip21 URIs with this flow.
