This PR has a lot of commits and a lot of file changes. I hope I didn't break anything. I tried solving some of the issues/perf referenced in #24 and better organize the code.

List of commits:

💄 :: use same container styles on the PartnerSection
💄 :: simplify the style for the nav glass effect
⚡ :: improve loading of the hero image
⚡ :: put the container styles in the main
🔀 :: switch the color name in the tailwind config
🧹 :: solve the TODOS, not all though (closes #24)
