Some quality of life changes

Made some QOL changes to the code:

• Updated to ESP-IDF v4.4.
• Migrated to CMake build system.
• Added Docker to avoid dependency complications.
• Added keyboard config/layout for "CatiONE OLKB" (https://github.com/dungphan90/OLKBBLE.git). The keyboard configs/layouts of different keyboards are kept in the keyboards folder. Users can make symbolic links to the main folder to build the corresponding firmware.
