유저 엔티티, 신고 엔티티 수정

PR Point 📸

기존의 엔티티 설계상 '신고 신청을 한 유저'가 저장되지 않았습니다.
따라서 유저, 신고 엔티티에 '신고 신청을 한 유저'를 저장할 수 있게 구현했습니다.
