as I am currently not living in ABH anymore, there should be an upgrade to your BierPong-Software.
There is a big need of digital participation to gain a worldwide user network.
I would therefore suggest you to implement a state of the art collaborative robot controlled by gestures via video that thus represents the person in the beer pong arena. Eventually everybody can participate live in your turnament. The only thing required to participate will then be a good phone camera (not these toothpaste cameras) and a super duper fast internet connection.
