Errata: 'signed' instead of 'unsigned' in explenation (ch.5, pg.181) #19

The second paragraph on page 181 explanes that the token 'ugentype' is used to 
refer to signed integer types. This is a typo, as this token is used to refer 
to unsigned integer types.
