ads opt out option for android phone #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.won't stay in opt out 
2.when I clear cookies 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Stupid ads again 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cell phone. Android, all my Google apps

All users of the internet should opt in NOT opt out of ads - no ads should 
appear unless they have been specifically requested.
