Needed to be in the list to be accessible by Defold

The current live version appears to break GDPR compliance as it sends an event before it is possible to disable sending in the scripting. So I set it off by default, and added a game.project config enable_event_submission to disable or enable by default. This way the user can properly opt in before any events are sent.
