All SteamID support(Any ID that GetClientAuthID returns) #54

As with today's tf2 update, steamids changed to STEAM3 for tf2.

I've fixed the View Steam Profile link and the validators so they support both formats. Since SourceMod 1.6.2 forces the old format for now, I won't touch the game plugin yet.

1.6 returns the old format now again and 1.7 will return the new format

Ya but SM 1.7's admin system doesn't work with new format

Yes it does, it works with the admins.cfg, not the admins-simple.

@ErikMinekus Now that 1.7 is released... Will you add official support for all SteamID formats?
