How do I use my existing memory card while I play my backup copies (iso)?

After you boot into Swiss its safe to swap the memory card.

So you boot to Swiss with the hacked card (typically in Slot A) and once you see the Swiss menu you're safe to pull out that memory card and put in your existing card
