Better looking timer

Better looking timer that looks like a countdown dial. This should also include a small number when the timer increases.

• [x] Overlay the coundown timer number with a decreasing dial
• [x] Research timers in Godot
• [x] Change color when time is below 30 seconds and 10 seconds
• [x] Add sounds that warn the player that time is almost up
