Powerup that freezes the timer for XXX seconds. Gained after combining a certain number of tiles.

[ ] Icy Icon that displays number of combo points needed to activate at anytime
[ ] Freezing sounds when pressed
[ ] Change color of Timer
[ ] Determine amount of time to freeze timer for
[ ] Stop timer but allow time to be added from combining tiles
[ ] Determine number of combo points needed to activate
