Add shadowAtlasPlugin.
- Should create a shadow map atlas, and reserve space for every spot shadow caster.
Add shadowAtlasRasterizerPlugin
- Draws all render meshes for each spot light to the shadow map atlas.
Change deferredShadingPlugin to use shadowAtlasPlugin and apply the rendered shadow map for each spot light with a corresponding spot shadow caster.
