Implement decision tree learning #76

To create the fourth brain (CommandSequence, SmartBrain, NN, DT), I will implement a decision tree in order to select the best course of action and every action will have an either good or bad.

On second thoughts, I won't implement it ( don't have the time, and I feel it doesn't compare to either the Brain or the SmartBrain or the neural net).
