Make all the tools use the Crosshair selector instead of custom images. Keeps it clean.
Fix alignment with the text tool because the text was created below the cursor rather than inline with the cursor
Fix the canvas tool grabbing and moving cursor so when the canvas is grabbed a different cursor is shown
Reduced the defaults for the tools as they were previously a bit too large
Remove game logos as they are no longer part of the design
