Presentmon work expected ready for review this week; may require more revision/debug/etc. to get working with LMT device.

We should consider a non-ETW approach to LMT integration. Jefferson explained that the nature of the ETW event processing means that frames often have to be held indefinitely waiting for LMT events that aren't even guaranteed to come.
