Advertised DesignAndColor not updated until reset #21

  1. Connect to die
  2. Send SetDesignAndColor message
  3. Disconnect

Advertisement keep sending the previous DesignAndColor value until die is reset.

Eventually the option to update the "design and color" will be removed from the app
