initial climb is missing if assigned SID != suggested SID #104

Why is one IC green and one orange now? There are no obvious differences between both NVO2B flights. There has been two additional green ICs for NVO2B few seconds later..

IC in config correct defined.

Identified. Reason is that on connection with a non-standard or non-custom Sid the temporary altitude is unknown. The Sid is considered non-custom as it is different from what the plugin would find with the runway (could be either the standard Sid or a custom Sid).

Possible solution would be to check if any matching Sid can be found with the data found in the flightplan.

Green would be correct in this case. When did the color of EWG7WR changed to green?

Missing initial climb fixed (as long as a match can be found in config).

Orange IC cannot be reproduced currently (for GOLAT the reason was that the set Sid did not match what vSID could find - any IC set by atc is therefore considered custom). Remaining unknown reason is for NVO. Steps to reproduce would be nice, if somehow possible
