Euroscope crash - possible access violation #118

One possible root cause could be an assertion failure at a vectors .front()

Possible failures checked and changed. Currently unclear if the crashes are caused by vSID, as two instances can run for different controllers where one instance crashes and the other doesn't.

Stays under investigation.
