[Feature Request] tracking amount of active startup approvales #143

Additional small window where all active startup approvals are listed.

Amount of all outbounds with Status "startup, pushback, taxi, (deicing), lineup" are summed up. Latest with GS > 50 KT the outbound can be assumed airborne (if someone forgot the change a status).

Example:

".vsid startup"
