Departure Sequenze with sync function. Queue per runway, maybe runway combination (e.g. 25C/25L) via menu/settings.

TagFunction 1: add to queue + increase position in the queue if already in it.

TagFunction 2: open Seq menu.

Delete aircraft from queue with Depa status or GS > 50 KT.
