Only accept ICAO/RWY for auto selection if flightplan is amended #66

If a route is filed with ICAO/RWY currently auto SID function accepts this RWY and checks for SIDs in this RWY.
Improvement: Only accept the RWY if the flightplan IsAmended(), otherwise ignore RWY
