Combat Expanded Split #1002

This will split Combat Expanded into four different modules: Base Containing the modifications to health & armor, as well as basic mob modifiers

Biomes Adds biome based mob modifiers

Gear Adds gear with special modifiers and makes mobs wear them

Bosses Adds bosses that can be fought (this module is not yet complete and might not be added immediatly)
