Combat expanded split #1025

This update will remove Combat Expanded and split it into 3 new modules:

Survival Refightalized

Reworks health & armor. Natural regeneration is slowed down considerably. Armor serves as a second health bar that regenerates fast out of combat.
Buffs mobs based on time of day, weather and depth.

Monsters Unbound

Adds special mob variants for different biomes that alter their stats and abilities
Adds elite mobs that are much more powerful and have dangerous effects
Adds bosses

Augmented Armor

Adds armor with powerful augments that can drop from mobs
Augments provide a wide range of special effects at varying strengths
