This aims to add a bunch of new READMES.

It also adds a .python-version to the .gitignore as I use a py-env workflow

It adds a base set of text for all Modules.

It copies GIFS is one has already be created and stores it in the /images/ folder.

This adds all missing ReadMes (I hope).

It has copied GIFs if they exist and stores them in the /images/ folder of each datapack.

It has not currently been spag'd.
