Adds 1.21 blocks to full_collision.json in the base module
Adds Armadillo to Balloon Animals
Adds Wind Charges to Crossbow Cartridges

Though, maybe it would be useful to see if any of catter's names could be used (pick the better ones out of both lists) Armstrong,Arnold,Bandit,Carachupa,Chad,Hank,Pangie,Phillip,Rolly,Sheldon
