Player/AI should be able to spawn on the squad leader at all times. If the squad leader is in a full vehicle, allow them to spawn anyway outside the vehicle. If it's a full aircraft in the air would be the only situation where they shouldn't be able to spawn on the SL.

AI should ALWAYS spawn on the squad leader. It's too much work to pull them together.

Adding to this, if a player/ai spawns on the squad leader, DO NOT allow them to spawn with a fresh kit or change kits. They should spawn with the gear/ammo they had when dying.

This prevents squads from spawning in with FRESH AT soldiers and spamming rockets.

Allow rearm of AI when they spawn at a FOB or Base. If they're always spawning on the SL it would force the player to return to base, kill all his AI, and have them spawn on his position.
