Parameter Request: Fast Time #29

Allow ability to turn on/off fast time to enable day/night cycles in a match. It's good fun and most folks love it.

2 Seperate Params would be great: One for day and one for night. Default values should be x12 day (2 hours) and x24 night (1 hour).

You can try it. But I really don't know what happen after starting the game
