New shape for Cape Strigla will give more room for fast travel to find safe spawn area if fast traveling from bomos.

change log for second commit to this PR. Used rooks fast travel and spawn debug tool. Following zones no longer enter "fail safe" mode when fast traveling to them and/or have more spawn spots Polemister Livadi Cape Thelos Faranoki Kalithea
