3d fret flexibility #1026

to extend the customisation of the frets it would be usefull to have 2
adjustments made

instrument specific fret_press command so it could be fret_press_guitar and
fret_press_drum rather than a single command for both

and seperate fret textures, optional ability to read keydrumtex_ if found
rather than sharing the same keytex_ files would be usefull
