A more rockband type difficuly select menu #1093

What im asking for is a more rock band like difficulty select menu with all
the instruments selecting there difficulty side by side and it would be
nice for a setting to use rb style or old style.

this should be considered invalid now because the new diff select menu is 
pretty close to rockbands.
